I am looking for a 55 gallon plastic or steel container to use as a rain barrel.?

 I live in the atoll of Staten, New York. I can not find a plastic or steel 55 gallon Depot or Lowes in Haunt. I need to build my own drum. I can use the waste of water saved my lawn and get money on increasing the bill for the better.

 I would like to know any manufacturer of food in your area. They usually empty drums that contained ingredients that would not be harmful. They have to pay someone to take them. I worked in the manufacturing sector in Canada and that, but this year I never had to pay to get rid of them.
