Does anyone have suggestions for setting up your own hoop greenhouse?

 I have already set up the hoops, ends framed in and the floor is. Now I deprivation tables, plastic greenhouse, ventilation ... I want to keep frenetic winter, but I wonder how to do it economically.

If your motive is to keep plants from bone-chilling, this will effort, but you must have a heater for the nights the temperature is below 32. You seem to be in zone 8; I’m in 8b, and a ceramic while heater is enough for my greenhouse. I only have to use it for a week or two each year.
