Need advice on how to handle my dad's odd behavior. Passive aggressive and hoarding junk?

 My father grew up 78 years in the dip and has almost always been about things that do not use much further "virtuous case." Now, we are completely clean his junk, but it still can not dropping elements on.

LaSalle men charged after pot bust

Windsor oversee accused the father and son reportedly growing marijuana outside a shelter in LaSalle.
