Do i really need to do these things for storing my motorcycle in the winter?

 Im storing my bike in a spill outside for the winter. Do I need actual non-standard:
1) fill the gas tank
2) encourage them to add a stabilizing additive.
3) write the tires regularly (at the center of his face) ... If yes, how often?

 YES and I also suggested keeping the battery in the house of debauchery or trickle charge. for full tank and stableized, and also and above all, drain the carb bowls, locked in all the fuel and run until it stops.
