Can I use an epoxy putty like Mighty Putty to attach a garden hose holder to a brick wall? I can't drill.

 I have a home track and you want to idle my garden hose (it's 100ft long) on the rear case of my house. I do not want to load a hole in the brick - and I wonder if I can use one of these epoxy putty - Great as Putty.
